This 60’x104’x18’ post frame building was built by L.L. Groff & Sons, Inc. to serve as shop for Messner Tree Service. The building has a continuous poured concrete foundation, an interior CMU fire barrier, scissors trusses, and features a heavy timber truss porch at the main entrance. This is a conceptual render of a new contractor’s shop for Platinum Building Solutions in Chapel Hill, Tennessee. The conceptual plans were provided to assist with the local municipality’s zoning requirements/approval. Due to zoning restrictions, the exterior of the building must be brick or stone. This special events venue owned by Glen & Rose Moyer is located in New Tripoli, PA. The existing bank barn was renovated into a special events venue. A stud frame addition was added to provide fully handicap accessible restrooms and bridal/groomsmen suites. L.L Groff & Son, Inc., was the general contractor on this project. Work was completed in early 2021.
