Timber Tech Engineering, Inc. provided Martin Appliance Brownstown location with a Men's Restroom Plan that was handicap accessible per the IBC 2009. The restroom was designed to pass code inspection, providing any code reviewer with highly detailed plans that show code callouts and required dimensions which also allow for optimized functionality.

This is a two story, octagonal addition to a church sanctuary and was completed in 2002. Work on the project included structural design of the concrete foundation and wood structure; as well as, a code review for fire and life safety criteria according to the Indiana Building Code.

This is a 60'x96' Garage with an attached 56'x25' office/customer waiting area for Weaver's Garage in Lititz, PA. The project featured stud frame construction, attic trusses, and a stone veneer at the office. The building was designed as a non fire-separated mixed occupancy building with handicap accessible restrooms per the IBC 2009.The project was completed in 2011.

A 60'x120' post frame building, 14'x120' open lean-to, and a large u-shaped mezzanine for Middlesex Fair Assoc. in East Brunswick, NJ. Designed as an S-2 storage building per 2009 IBC NJ Edition. During fair season it houses exhibits and is considered an A-3 per the local fire marshal; the rest of the year it serves as a storage building. Proper exit signs, emergency lighting, portable fire extinguishers, and panic hardware were all incorporated into the building as part of the code compliance.
